Krista Grover

Stretching/toning and Yoga
Krista Grover has been dancing for 9 yrs and has been coaching dance teams for 5. She has been trained under the American Sport Education Program for sport fitness and muscular training. She also incorporates research performed by Arnold G. Nelson and Michael J. Alter on the physiology of flexibility and stretching. In addition, she incorporates yoga practices by Timothy Burgin. Krista is currently teaching the "stretching & toning," as well as the "youth yoga" classes where pupils start exploring asanas in hatha yoga.
