We offer recreational and competitive dance programs. Our studio is open September-June with Summer dance camps available in July & August.

Dress Codes

All dance-wear required in class is available at our studio store located in our lobby.

Loose jewelry or watches are not to be worn by students in any dance class.

Only dance shoes are allowed on dance floors.

Rubber bands & bobby pins can be purchased for .25¢

Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any student from the lesson if they are not properly dressed.

 

Multiple Exposure

Ages 3-5

This class is devoted to exposing a young child (ages 3-5) to a variety of forms of music and dance. Included are tap, jazz, basic ballet, basic tumbling & creative moves. This is a 45 minute class. Although skills are important in this class, the focus is to develop individual training as the student grows and matures.

Dress Code

Dancers may wear tight fitting dance attire. Please no costumes, it takes away from the learning process. Dancers need to wear tights and appropriate shoes. Hair must be off the face.

Tap

Children to Adults

This class enhances and teaches a student’s ability to utilize style, rhythm, timing and cardio stamina. It is a one hour class offered beginning to advanced for children to adults.

Dress Code

Beginning to advanced dancers can wear pants, short, skirts or shirts as long as they are tight fitting. Solid color leotards and tights are welcomed. Shoes must be appropriate for the class. Hair must be off the face.

Ballet

Children to Adults

Classes are devoted to teaching ballet using a combination of Russian, French, and American influences. Emphasis is placed on proper body placement & alignment, control and focus. Classes are one hour long for beginning to advanced for children to adults.

Dress Code

All dancers must wear black leos, pink tights and pink ballet shoes. Tight fitting cover up and skirts may be worn in beginning of class only. No showing underwear and no jewelry. Hair must be up in a bun.

Combo

Ages 5-10

This class combines either tap & ballet or tap & jazz. It is taught to children ages 5-10. It will assist the individual to channel their interests in dance.

Dress Code

Jazz

Children to Adults

Classes are devoted to developing technique & contemporary movement using a variety of music. Classes are one hour long for beginning to advanced for children to adults.

Beginning to advanced dancers can wear pants, short, skirts or shirts as long as they are tight fitting. Solid color leotards and tights are welcomed. Shoes must be appropriate for the class. Hair must be off the face.

This class combines street moves with traditional jazz to create a pop-and-lock style that sends off a lot of energy & attitude.

Dress Code

Dancers are welcomed to be creative in their dance attire. Please no baggy clothes that will take away from the learning process. No vulgar or distasteful images or words on clothes. No jeans or khaki pants. No street shoes worn on studio floor. Black Jazz sneakers or check with instructor for appropriate shoes. Hair must be off the face.

Lyrical

Children to Adults

Explore the emotion of dance. This class combines Ballet and jazz techniques. Students will execute the elements of lyrical through combinations and routine work.

Dress Code

All dancers must wear solid color leos. Dance shorts or capris are allowed. Tights need to be pink or skin colored and barefoot or a ½ sole shoe. Tight fitting cover ups may be worn in beginning of class only. Hair must be off the face.

Musical Theater

Children to Adults

Combines music, songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance. Broadway style works like Westside Story, Cats, Annie & Chicago.

Dress Code

Stretching / Toning

Jazz Tap Musical Theater

Intermediate to Advanced

Helps improve flexibility skills as well as building muscle & endurance. This class is highly recommended to all dancers in Intermediate to Advance classes.

Mommy & Me

18 months - 3 yrs

What a great way to bond with your child, moving and dancing around the room with them. This is a great way to expose your child to dance with you right by their side. Come, let's play.

Tiny Tappers/Fairy Ballerinas

18 months-3 yrs

Designed for our tiniest dancers. This class lets the kids explore the fun in music, movement and dance. Kids will leap, learn & laugh learning how to be a fairy ballerina or making music with their feet in tap.
