Dress Codes
All dance-wear required in class is available at our studio store located in our lobby.
Loose jewelry or watches are not to be worn by students in any dance class.
Only dance shoes are allowed on dance floors.
Rubber bands & bobby pins can be purchased for .25¢
Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any student from the lesson if they are not properly dressed.
Multi-Expos & Combo
Dancers may wear tight fitting dance attire. Please no costumes, it takes away from the learning process. Dancers need to wear tights and appropriate shoes.
HAIR: must be off the face.
Pre-Ballet
Dancers may wear pink or black leos with or without skirts. Pink tights and black ballet shoes. Cover ups are welcomed in the beginning of class only.
HAIR: must be up in a bun.
Ballet
All dancers must wear black leos, pink tights and pink ballet shoes. Tight fitting cover up and skirts may be worn in beginning of class only. No showing underwear and no jewelry.
HAIR: must be up in a bun.
Modern & Lyrical
All dancers must wear solid color leos. Dance shorts or capris are allowed. Tights need to be pink or skin colored and barefoot or a ½ sole shoe. Tight fitting cover ups may be worn in beginning of class only.
HAIR: must be off the face
Jazz, Tap & Musical Theater
Beginning to advanced dancers can wear pants, short, skirts or shirts as long as they are tight fitting. Solid color leotards and tights are welcomed. Shoes must be appropriate for the class.
HAIR: must be off the face
Hip Hop
Dancers are welcomed to be creative in their dance attire. Please no baggy clothes that will take away from the learning process. No vulgar or distasteful images or words on clothes. No jeans or khaki pants. No street shoes worn on studio floor. Black Jazz sneakers or check with instructor for appropriate shoes.
